HomeCove Terms of Service

Effective date: June 20, 2026

1. Service

HomeCove provides news, kitchen, and radio features in a unified home dashboard. A 90-day app-managed founding trial starts on first app open and includes photo/camera ingredient scanning. After the trial, you may optionally subscribe to HomeCove Pro (auto-renewable yearly subscription, product ID homecove_pro_yearly) via Apple App Store or Google Play to continue scanning. Core news, radio, manual ingredient entry, and recipe browsing remain free.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription renews annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your device subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS; Play Store → Subscriptions on Android).
• Use Restore purchases in the app paywall if you reinstall or switch devices.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use HomeCove lawfully and responsibly.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or disruption.
• Do not abuse third-party content sources integrated in the app.

4. Third-Party Services

HomeCove integrates third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, Google ML Kit, Vercel, OpenWeatherMap, news/RSS providers, community internet-radio directories (for example Radio Browser), and optional YouTube Data API features where configured. Station streams and article content are provided by those third parties under their own terms. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices may change independently. 5. Intellectual Property

HomeCove software, branding, and related materials are owned by ConsultCraft Inc. except where third-party rights apply.

6. Disclaimer

HomeCove is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for every use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsultCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of HomeCove.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for abuse, legal risk, or security reasons.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where ConsultCraft Inc. is established, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
